This gorgeous bright, fun and colourful dress is made from high quality white quilting fabric, quality rainbow tulle that has gorgeous little sparkles all over it including butterflies! The pink bows and buttons just finish this dress perfectly.
My favourite part about this dress is the manipulated tulle arrangement on the bodice. It was a lot of work and very fun to try something new and different.
